A Baldoyle Blinds installation

A softer way to divide a room.

This full-length curtain creates a flexible divide within the room. A ceiling-mounted track keeps the heading discreet, while the fabric brings softness and texture to the space.

Ivory sheer curtains behind two armchairs beside navy built-in shelving
Installed by Baldoyle Blinds

Our work

A softer layer for a lived-in room.

Ivory sheers frame the glazing behind two armchairs, balancing the navy joinery with a lighter fabric. This completed customer installation shows how full-length curtains can become part of the whole room. Compare samples in your own light, and discuss a separate layer if you need privacy after dark.

Plan your curtains with us
01

Voiles & sheers

A sheer is a lightweight curtain that lets daylight through. Privacy depends on the light on either side: after dark, you may need a separate lined curtain or blind.

02

Headings

Wave, pinch pleat and tailored options selected around your fabric, track and interior style.

03

Linings

Standard, thermal and blackout options selected for body, fabric protection and stronger light control.

04

Tracks & poles

Manual and motorised systems, ceiling fixing and discreet tracks for wide spans and modern glazing.

Measured. Made. Dressed.

From your measurements to the final fitting.

Our team measures the space, advises on fullness and stacking, coordinates the track and returns to professionally dress the finished curtains.

Choosing with confidence

What to consider before choosing.

Best suited to
  • Living and dining rooms
  • Bedrooms
  • Large glazed doors
  • Layered privacy and soft daylight
We’ll help you choose
Fabric and heading

We pair fabric weight and pattern with an appropriate wave, pleat or tailored heading.

Lining and fullness

Lining, return, fullness and stack are planned around privacy, light and the way the finished curtain should drape.

Track or pole

The fixing, span and control method are specified together, including compatible ceiling and motorised track options.

Good to know
  • Curtains need clear wall or recess space to stack away from the glass.
  • Floors, ceilings and wide openings are not always perfectly level, so each area is surveyed carefully.
  • Fabric care and natural movement vary by fibre, weave and lining.

Explore all questions & answers
01Do you bring curtain fabrics to my home?

Yes. We select relevant samples before the consultation so you can compare colour, texture and pattern in the room’s actual light.

Find this answer in the FAQ hub
02Can curtains be blackout lined?

Many suitable curtain fabrics can be paired with a room-darkening lining. The final result also depends on the heading, returns and how the track is positioned.

Find this answer in the FAQ hub
03Do you supply and fit tracks and poles?

Yes. We measure and specify the supporting track or pole as part of the complete made-to-measure treatment, then professionally install and dress the curtains.

Find this answer in the FAQ hub
04Can curtain tracks be motorised?

Compatible tracks can be motorised for wide glazing, hard-to-reach spaces or everyday convenience. We coordinate the track, power and control approach.

Find this answer in the FAQ hub
05How long do made-to-measure curtains take?

Lead time varies with fabric availability, heading, lining and track specification. We confirm the current estimate with your quotation rather than promising a generic timeframe.
